WHEN ARE YOU OFFICIALLY OPENING?
WASH AVE | Food Hall is expected to open in late-spring or early-summer of 2026. Construction began October 1st, and we will update the public with the exact opening date as soon as possible! You can subscribe to our email newsletter or follow us on social media to be the first to know.

are you accepting food hall vendors?
Yes! We officially began accepting applications to become a vendor as of October 22nd. You can see the spaces available and the ideal vendor per space on the Available Spaces page.
how does becoming a food vendor work?
Relatively easy and straightforward. Food vendors will apply, go through a screening process, and if selected, you'll receive a vendor agreement. Your agreement will include your terms including an upfront investment amount as a one-time non-refundable vendor fee, a refundable security deposit, and profit share model.
HOW MUCH DO YOU SUPPLY VS THE VENDOR?
Major systems and kitchen equipment are typically included as a part of your vendor agreement, along with common space management services including POS systems, bar staff, general manager, common area porters, food hall destination marketing & branding, and events & activation. You are responsible for maintaining your business and space, including any supplies required to operate your business or vendor-specific marketing.
